This pastel-washed Parkdale bar is a triple threat. During the day, chef Cody Wilkes plates panini and hand-rolled pasta with pleasing Italian sauces; in the evening, the menu changes to Asian street snacks, like charcoal-grilled mushroom salad with a Burnbrae Farms egg-yolk-and-truffle vinaigrette. From open to close, Evelyn Chick’s creative cocktails make the familiar taste new, such as a make-your-own Martini service (with optional garnishes of caviar) or the Mint Condition, a fizzy and fresh rum highball with fino sherry, amaro, mint and eucalyptus.
