Cosmo de Noël

INGREDIENTS


  • 30 ml (1 oz) dry gin
  • 15 ml (½ oz) Noroi Cranberry Liqueur (or Cointreau)
  • 15 ml (½ oz) cranberry syrup
  • 15 ml (½ oz) lime juice
  • 30 ml (1 oz) chilled cranberry cider
  • 1 sprig balsam fir

 

METHOD


Combine gin, liqueur, cranberry syrup and lime juice in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Top with cider and garnish with a sprig of fir.
