On September 23, Atwater Cocktail Club lands at Library Bar, led by Groupe Barroco’s Kate Boushel, past C100B Best Bars Bartender of the Year Award winner. She joins James Grant, the man behind one of Toronto’s most storied cocktail bars—and host extraordinaire. Expect Atwater’s signature mix of serious drinks and Montreal edge, set against the old-school glamour of Library Bar. More details here.
The residency continues September 24 at MONOGRAM, the hotel’s sleek cocktail bar, complete with fireplace, tucked just off the lobby. Barroco chef and co-founder Jérémie Falissard—French-born, Spanish-rooted and thoroughly Montreal in his approach—joins REIGN’s Chef Roland Torok-Ducharme at the pass. For one night, the two kitchens come together in REIGN’s dining room for a collaborative menu inspired by the chefs’ respective cultures, influences, and traditions—interpreted through two distinct culinary points of view.
