Hidden behind an unmarked door at the end of a graffiti-coated alley, this discreet booze can crafts inventive cocktails from unexpected fresh ingredients (the Dame Nature, for instance, combines Citadelle Gin and Absintherie des Cantons Belle-Isle aquavit with lime, thyme, green grapes and fennel). And, like any good hosts, the friendly bartenders love talking to guests about exactly what makes each cocktail — or mocktail — so delicious. A visit to the ACC is a master class by the glass, and getting schooled has never gone down so smoothly.
