An idyllic setting by the Pike River showcases Éric Gendron’s terroir-expressive fare. The setting is suitably rustic. Dishes are made primarily with ingredients from the Brome-Missisquoi region, many from owner Jean-Martin Fortier’s farm. Wines, spirits and cocktails follow the same philosophy.
