Japanese-trained Korean- Argentinian chef-owner Antonio Park prepares precise Japanese-style cuisine displayed with imaginative flair. Wagyu tastings, bibimbap and galbi are on offer five days a week, along with impressive sushi, nigiri and sashimi (he imports his own line-caught fish). Lunch is a must, by way of a smart bento box.
