Rain Dog Bar

Beer and food pairings are the specialty at this homey Inglewood loft, appointed with mismatched chinaware and thrift-store chic. Ask owner Bill Bonar (Alberta’s first Certified Cicerone) for suggestions. The zine-style menu, updated twice weekly, features rarities such as Cantillon Kriek Lambic and a magnum of the Annex Ale Project Pure Extravagance (a wine-hybrid collaboration with Nichol Vineyard). The beers are listed by style and vintage, so keep an eye out for well-cellared gems.

Pair
The Steakhouse Burger with Orval Trappist Ale or West Coast IPA.
