Rare and cult-favourite beers are the specialty at this homey Inglewood loft, appointed with mismatched chinaware and thrift-store chic. Ask owner Bill Bonar (Alberta’s first Certified Cicerone) for suggestions. The zine-style menu, updated two or three times per week, features rarities such as Brasserie Cantillon’s Sang Bleu and Temporal Artisan Ales’ Void Series — strong ales aged in spirit barrels. The beers are listed by style and vintage, so keep an eye out for well-cellared gems, and stick around for dinner, as the food side of the menu is equally impassioned.
