When No Vacancy first opened, in November 2024, guests gushed over its design. Which is understandable. The striking space — exposed brick, modern art, mid-century accents, the gleaming bar — is bathed in soft lights that drench the room in autumn tones. That got folks in the door, but what keeps them coming back is the ambitious and creative Japanese-inspired cocktail program, designed and executed by Troy Gilchrist and Kat Yu. Toss in excellent dishes, intriguing beer, wine and zero-proof options, and this relative newcomer is starting to look like that rare outlier — a bar that delivers on all levels.
