The key ingredient, however, is the enthusiastic bar team, led by lively co-owners Oliver Leung and Jacky Ha. Flavour profiles and details are next-level. Drinks, like an Ackee & Saltfish Martini, are on the vanguard of the food-forward trend and are often served with deliciously fun sides, like mango rice cake or homemade lollipops.
