Bouillon Bilk

Minimalist décor meets French with a hint of Asian. François Nadon’s refined starters deliver pops of colour and thoughtful flavours, like a starter of yellowtail with yuzu kosho and grapefruit. Mains are a bit more straight-edged — cod with sunchoke and black trumpet mushrooms or duck with apple and rutabaga.
