Giulietta

Five years on, Rob Rossi and David Minicucci’s first restaurant is still bustling. Classic Italian cuisine gets a fresh spin that’s intriguing and correct. An excellent example? La Giulietta, their namesake pizza topped with lardo, smoked scamorza and Sicilian pistachio, is as close to perfection as pizza gets.
