After the sudden passing of Oca Pastificio’s Gregory Dilabio — chef, co-founder and pasta-maker extraordinaire — this warm little walk-in space was reborn. Daily chalkboard specials might offer spinach-and-ricotta tortelli with walnut butter, but you want the pasta tasting menu. Italian wines come by the glass or bottle from a tight but savvy menu.
