Paris Paris is both a natural wine bar and a way station for West Enders. During the day, remote workers perch at the curvy bar, plugging away at laptops and charcuterie boards while sipping skin-fermented wine spritzes. At night, creatives and cool kids filter in for cocktails, glou-glou and Fogo Island snow crab legs. While the space — a bright brick-and-blond-wood room that’s a former garage, complete with skylights and sliding glass doors — is casual, the wine list is serious, with well-cellared bottles from Prince Edward County to Portugal.
