This spot is a late-night dream for discerning diners and drinkers. A full menu of Southeast Asian street food (including fluffy bao, crispy shrimp chips and steaming khao soi) is a welcome alternative to pub poutine. The rum list is long and drinks are tropically inclined. Many ingredients are upcycled: Citrus peels from fresh juice turn into tepache, and leftover croissants from the bakery next door become orgeat. This is an industry hangout, so expect dive-bar-isms like cheap beer and a cheeky shot list.
