Glassed into the Remai Modern art museum, with stunning river views, Hearth takes pride in serving “unpretentious prairie food.” Chef and co-owner Thayne Robstad sources locally for sophisticated takes on, say, pike escabeche, braised beef chuck with spätzle, daily pie and haskap berry sorbet. Lunch on the patio is becoming a Saskatoon summer institution.
