Chef Michael Smith’s immersive four-hour farm-to-table FireWorks Feast showcases produce foraged or grown on the property as well as PEI’s finest beef and seafood. Open-flame cooking is Smith’s speciality, encompassing wood-baked bread, wood-fired vegetables and meats and a finale of toasted marshmallows.
