Best Bars 2026 No. 35

Mount Pleasant Vintage & Provisions

While the interior of this restaurant is all about nostalgia — your grandma would love the burnt-orange carpets, vintage TV sets and polished chrome bar stools; your grandpa would applaud the retro beer signs — cocktails are fresh and forward-thinking. The tropical, yet subdued Shiso Fancy layers tequila, sour apricot, clarified Greek yogurt and shiso, while Hot Girl Shit (Grey Goose vodka, cocoa butter, curry and lemon) offers something sweet and spiced. This is a bar for adults, sure, but the mezcal slushies, crisp tater tots and loaded Snappy hot dogs served up in tin lunch boxes will make you feel like a kid again.
