Parapluie continues to draw from well beyond its home neighbourhood of Little Italy. The charming 32-seat room is anchored by an open kitchen — where the magic happens. A concise, seasonal menu still features its Day One staple: oeuf mayonnaise with poached lobster and tarragon emulsion, and “Mtl-style” trout with garlic, sesame, horseradish and trout roe. The expanded wine list and bar program now include dedicated sections for digestifs, Champagne and sparkling wines.
