Case in point: the Elmer Fudd — a boozy blend of vermouth, sherry and carrot-cake-infused whisky. Anyone sitting at this intimate bar, though, is likely looking for a bespoke cocktail from H, the legendary barman who took over the space in late 2023. Under his watch, expect even higher-concept cocktails and a focus on single malts, as well as augmented decor, namely knick-knacks, memorabilia and tastefully placed Funko Pop! dolls.
