The Celtic Buck is a three-ingredient Irish classic. This modern twist combines Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whisky, lime, ginger beer and mint for a perfect summer refresher.
• 2 oz of Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey
• Juice of ½ lime
• 5 oz of ginger beer
• Mint spring and ice
Fill glass with ice. Pour in whiskey and lime juice, top with ginger beer. Stir to mix garnish with lime slices and mint.
