A cocktail for the adventurous and those who appreciate a twist on the whisky sour. Fresh but not too sweet, and like all things BEARFACE it has some unexpected flavours.
- 2 oz BEARFACE 7 yr Triple Oak Whisky
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz maple syrup
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 5 oz IPA beer
- rosemary sprig
Add the first five ingredients to a shaker tin. Shake and fine strain over ice into a rocks glass. Lightly top it up with the IPA and garnish with a sprig of rosemary for a bit of flair.
