Vegetables bask in the spotlight at this charming wine bar, little brother to Joe Beef. Expect an array of other inventive small plates — like their classic house-cured ham with shaved cheddar and beurre noisette — which can be improved only by the addition of a fine glass of wine. On which score, local possibilities are varied, delightful and mostly low-intervention.
