Featuring an eclectic menu that beautifully captures the best of the season from both provinces, plus exclusive wines and champagne from Gibson Family Wines and of-the-season cocktails from Kate Boushel of Atwater Cocktail Club it’s a guaranteed great meal and a great time.

After check-in, relax in your room until 6 p.m. when it’s time to join us in the Royal dining room for hors d’oeuvres, Kate Boushel’s cocktails, champagne and wine pairings from Gibson Family group. The multi-course dinner will run from 7 pm – 10 pm.
In-room fresh croissants will be delivered to your room the next morning from 8-10:30 am
