Sure, a big wooden tiger stands sentry over the bottles, but don’t call Milky Way a tiki bar. Eighties design cues — like glass-brick walls aglow with purple neon — make the vibe more Don Johnson than Don Ho. The cocktails feature house-made ingredients from syrups to dehydrated fruit garnishes and hinge on tropical flavours without being overly sweet. Popular creations include the Bon Pour le Moral, a Rum Sunset that’s been super-charged with St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, vanilla syrup and orange bitters plus a shock of blue curaçao.
