On October 29th, Prince Edward County’s The Royal Hotel will be the setting for a collab dinner with  Montréal Plaza’s Charles-Antoine Crête and Cheryl Johnson and The Royal Hotel’s Albert Ponzo. Featuring an eclectic menu that beautifully captures the best of the season from both provinces, plus exclusive wines and champagne from Gibson Family Group and of-the-season cocktails from Kate Boushel of Atwater Cocktail Club it’s a guaranteed great meal and a great time.

The inimitable Charles-Antoine Crête and Cheryl Johnson are coming to the county with a car full of the best Québec bounty and their unique blend of whimsy, wit, improvisation and finesse. You’ll feast on Magdalen Island Scallops, Gaspésie Tuna, Rimouski Sea Urchin, Bay Williams Pike, Edwin County Farms Heritage Pork and Edwin County organic fall vegetables.

Arrive Sunday October 29th – check-in time is 3 pm

The Royal will be happy to welcome early arrivals who want to:

Eat lunch

Have a drink at the bar

Whenever you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a glass of bubbly!

After check-in, relax in your room until 6 p.m. when it’s time to join us in the Royal dining room for hors d’oeuvres, Kate Boushel’s cocktails, champagne and wine pairings from Gibson Family group. The multi-course dinner will run from 7 pm – 10 pm.

In-room fresh croissants will be delivered to your room the next morning from 8-10:30 am

The Royal Hotel (CN Traveller Hot List 2023) has put together a specially priced overnight stay, including dinner for two + double occupancy room starting at $1,125.00 inclusive of tax/gratuities.
