Few Toronto bars are as cherished as the Park Hyatt rooftop, a one-time literary hangout that became, for many, the only place for celebrating any and all special occasions. Loyal fans were eager to return after a multi-year reno, which transformed the mid-century holdout into a luxurious lounge with a contemporary feel and much of its history intact.
