Graceful Japanese minimalism meets boisterous Bavarian beer hall in a hospitable taproom owned by a brewmaster, Luc Lafontaine (of Dieu du Ciel! fame), who is obsessed with perfection. Enjoy some of the most rigorously authentic Czech lagers brewed anywhere in Canada, including Sklepník Plzeň, fermented in pitch-lined barrels. Eclectic ales are made with green tea and yuzu. Sake, highballs and Pearl Morissette wines round out the bar.
