Steps away from the historic ramparts of Old Quebec is Justine, a Prohibition-themed speakeasy that fully inhabits her old-time character. Candlelight dances off stone walls and old wooden tables in a hushed low-ceilinged room that is well suited for date nights. Period cocktails are supplemented by a nice selection of single malts and local beer. Quebec cheese and charcuterie are presented au guéridon and served by weight.
